London to Paris Cycle Challenge - June 2007

I'm cycling from London to Paris in June 2007 to raise money for two of my favourtie charities - RIPPLE Africa and Brook Farm Playgroup. I've already raised £150 for Brook Farm, the rest of what I raise will go to Ripple Africa. The trip is about 300 miles of cycling over four days. My training started at the beginning of August 2006 and this blog captures my thoughts as I push myself to physical and mental limits to both and raise as much money as I can.

I raised almost £2,500 in total, all of it going to Ripple Africa to help the children of Malawi get a proper education...
